How Each Service is Carried Out
Intake & Assessment
The piece is received, condition noted, and a written estimate prepared. Work does not proceed until the owner confirms.
Bench Work
The agreed service is carried out with calibre-appropriate tools and materials. Any scope changes are discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Documentation & Return
Overhaul work includes a written report. The piece is returned cleaned, with any consumable parts renewed and timing figures recorded.
SERVICE 01
Watch Cleaning & Cosmetic Refresh
RM 165 per piece
A bench service intended to restore the daily appearance of a piece without opening the movement. The work covers external cleaning of the case, bracelet, and lug area using mild solvents and bench brushes. Accumulated residue between bracelet links is removed. Select case surfaces may be lightly polished where the owner agrees, and acrylic crystals buffed. A basic inspection of crown, pusher, and crystal seating is included.
This service is suited to daily-wear pieces that have lost their freshness and to owners who wish to refresh the presentation of a watch before an occasion or portrait session.

SERVICE 02
Complete Calibre Overhaul
RM 980 per movement
A full overhaul programme for owners who wish to reset the service interval of a mechanical wristwatch. The work includes inspection at intake, full disassembly of the movement, cleaning of every component in a multi-stage bath, replacement of fatigued parts including mainspring and select pivots where required, lubrication with calibre-appropriate oils, and reassembly with timing adjustment across multiple positions on a calibration stand.
Diver-style cases receive a basic pressure check on supported designs. A written report describing all work carried out and components renewed is provided at collection. Crown and bracelet are refitted and the exterior case cleaned as part of this service.

SERVICE 03
Vintage Bracelet Repair
RM 380 per bracelet
A bench service for owners of vintage steel bracelets where pin separation, link wear, or clasp fatigue make daily wear uncomfortable. The studio inspects each link junction, replaces worn pins with appropriate diameters, secures stretched links where feasible, and refits or replaces clasp components. Where necessary, matching links are sourced from a small inventory of period-correct supplies.
Bracelets are cleaned ultrasonically and brushed surfaces restored along original lines wherever practical. The service aims at preservation rather than refinishing — significantly altering the bracelet's character is avoided unless the owner specifically requests it.

COSMETIC REFRESH IS SUITED FOR
Watches that are running well but look tired from daily wear. No movement issues, just a need for a thorough clean and presentation restore.
OVERHAUL IS SUITED FOR
Mechanical watches due for a service interval reset, running slow or erratically, or not serviced in over five years. The comprehensive approach.
BRACELET REPAIR IS SUITED FOR
Vintage steel bracelets with loose pins, separated links, or a clasp that no longer functions reliably. Preservation of the bracelet's original character.

How Every Piece Is Handled
Secure Storage
All pieces in care are held securely when the bench is not staffed. The studio is not open to general foot traffic.
Agreed Scope Only
No work is carried out beyond the agreed service without the owner's prior confirmation. Cost changes are communicated before they are incurred.
Watch-Grade Materials
Cleaning fluids, lubricants, and replacement parts are sourced from watch industry suppliers. Consumer-grade equivalents are not used.
Owner Communication
Owners are notified when a piece is ready for collection and when any update on scope or timing arises during service.
